To pay the expenses of the administration of the Trust hereby created and (b) to divide such portion of the balance thereof as they shall see fit amongst such charitable, religious and mixed charitable and religious and public bodies, societies, institutions and others of a like character, ad also to individuals whose circumstances may, in the opinion of my trustees, render it advisable for help being given them in such proportions and at such times as my Trustees shall in their sole discretion think fit, it being hereby declared that my Trustees shall be the sole judges of the recipients of said incoe and there shall be no appeal whatsoever against their decision
