The advancement of education of Orkney residents under the age of Twenty five years in the Arts, irrespective of whether they are undergoing formal education, by encouraging such persons to understand and obtain greater knowledge of standards of performance and appreciation of the Arts including crafts, dance, drama, literature, music and visual arts.
