The association is established to relieve the needs of people with physical and sensory disabilities through: (1) The provision of recreational facilities for the users of the Island Resource Centre Belfast (hereinafter called 'the beneficiaries') in the interest of social welfare with the object of improving their conditions of life, and; (2) The provision of advice and information to the beneficiaries in order to advance education and promote health.
