For payment or application of the income of the Trust Fund or such part of it as theTrustees shall from time to time in their sole discretion decide and for payment or application of the capital of the Trust Fund or such part of it as the Trustees shall from time to time in their sole discretion decide (all whether in the United Kingdom or elsewhere in the world) to or for the following charitable purposes: (I) the prevention or relief of poverty. (ii) the advancement of education. (iii) the relief of those in need by reason of age, ill health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage. (iv) the advancement of animal welfare.
