for such charitable purposes or to such charitable institutions, societies, foundations or funds as the Trustees may in its absolute discretion select, and without prejudice to the discretion of the Trustees it is my wish that the Trust Estate be used in supporting charitable bodies in the Aberdeenshire/Moray/Invemess-shire community for (anyone or more of) the following charitable purposes: 1. the prevention or relief of poverty. 2. the advancement of education. 3. the advancement of citizenship or community development. 4. the advancement of the arts, heritage, culture or science. 5. the advancement of public participation in sport. and 6. any other charitable purpose which may reasonably be regarded as analogous to any of the preceding purposes.
