The Eric H. Stevenson Charitable TrustRegistered

The Trustees shall hold the Trust Fund and the income of it to pay and apply its income and/or capital for the advancement of education to or for the benefit of or in furtherance of the following charitable institutions or purposes:- (i) The Edinburgh Academy, Scottish Registered Charity -SC016999, of 42 Henderson Row, Edinburgh EH3 5BL. (ii) Edinburgh Academy Foundation, Scottish Registered Charity SC027543, also of 42 Henderson Row, Edinburgh EH3 5BL. (iii) Any entities associated with (i) and (ii). (iv) Any individual pupils and parents of pupils attending The- Edinburgh Academy. and (v) Any charitable institutions with purposes in accordance with (i) to (iv) above, and in such proportions and manner as the Trustees shall think fit, all in so far as the same are charitable purposes (all of which are referred to as 'the Purposes')
