Declaring that the Trust Fund shall be administered in such manner as the aforesaid Trustees may in their sole discretion think proper for the purposes of promoting education in Scotland in the applied use of Agricultural Science and that by means of the provision of grants, equipment, prizes or other incentives in connection with any one or more of the Agricultural Departments of the Universities of Scotland, Colleges of Agriculture in Scotland or Institutes in Scotland carrying out research in Agricultural Science.
