The Company is established for the advancement of charitable purposes and in particular the prevention and relief of poverty, the advancement of education, the advancement of health, the saving of lives and the relief of those in need by reason of age, health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage by:- 2.1.1 creating a network of organisations committed to combining their energies to work in harmony to alleviate poverty and make efficient use of personnel and resources. 2.1.2 facilitating collaboration and cooperation among charities and others involved in working for the poor by alleviating hunger, improving health and the provision of education and skills.
