For payment or application of the income of the Trust Fund or such part of it as the Trustees shall from time to time in their sole discretion decide and from payment or application of the capital of the Trust Fund or such part of it as the Trustees shall from time to time in their sole discretion decide (all whether in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland or elsewhere in the world) to or for the benefit of such (1) artistic, musical, cultural and educational purposes, (2) welfare funds, societies, organisations, schemes or bodies as are charities at law and (3) other purposes of a charitable nature beneficial to the community, not falling under any of the preceding heads
