一 The objects of the Fund are:(A) The relief of poverty and the prevention of hardship and distress of: i Registered, or formerly registered medical practitioners, who are, or have been, resident in the United Kingdom, the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands and who have performed or provided NHS Primary Medical Services or General Practitioner services to the armed forces in the United Kingdom, for a substantial period of their career or their career to date. (B)The education and advancement in life of the children and dependents of the medical practitioners defined in (A) above. (C) Such other charitable objects as shall from time to time be determined by the incorporated body in general meeting.
