The Company's objects are to promote for the public benefit rural regenration of Bushmills village and the neighbourhood thereof by all or any of the following means:- 1/ The relief of unemployment in such ways as may be thought fit, including assistance to find employment. 2/ The provision or assistance in the provision of facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation or other leisure time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life for the inhabitants of the area. 3/ To conserve, for the benefit of the public, elements of the built and natural environment within the village and environs of Bushmills which are of particular natural beauty or historical interest. 4/ To provide or secure the provision of public amenities in Bushmills and its environs for the benefit of the inhabitants thereof and for the promotion of the regeneration of this rural area.
