a. as a Youth Club, to help and educate girls & boys through their leisuretime activities, to develop their physical, mental and moral capacities, that they may grow to full maturity as responsible individuals and members of society, and their condition of life may be improved. b. as a Community Association, to promote the benefit of the inhabitants of Balornock and environs without distinction of political, religious or other opinions by associating local authorities, voluntary organisations and inhabitants in a common effort to advance education and to provide facilities in the interest of social welfare for recreation and leisure time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants. c. to co-operate with the Statutory Authority in the maintenance and management of the Centre for activities promoted by the Club and the Association in furtherance of the above objects or any of them.
