4 The organisation's charitable purpose is to advance education through 4.1 Supporting our local nurseries to deliver high quality care and education for children and a secure foundation for learning in an encouraging and nurturing environment, where there is equity of opportunity and support for all and where staff, parents & carers work in close partnership. 4.2 To securing funding to deliver exciting initiatives such as creating a secure and versatile outdoor play and exploration area, introduction of new technologies for skill development and other activities aimed at early learning and development. 4.3 To offer training and development to staff members equal to training and development opportunities provided to public funded nurseries.
