The Trustees shall, hold the Trust Fund in trust for the following charitable purposes, namely:- To do such things as are beneficial for the public primarily in the County of Kinross or elsewhere in Scotland by the promotion, provision and improvement of play groups, educational and recreational facilities, day care centres for the elderly or disabled and any other facilities for the benefit of the community in said county of elsewhere as may be charitable under the Laws of Scotland.
