ACL will provide a state of the art building for its partner organisations. Within it there will be a lift to provide access to all floors of the building and to enable access from street level to the church site.The plans are complete and were submitted for planning consent in summer 2008. This will enable fundraising to happen in earnest. Process has been put on hold due to the credit crunch.
