(ONE) To provide financial assistance by means of gifts or loans to Charitable Trusts primarily but not exclusively working in Scotland and in particular Charitable Trusts involved in the maintenance, protection and improvement of the environment and the conditions of life. (TWO) To benefit individuals, groups or communities who are in necessitous circumstances, particularly those who are disadvantaged, handicapped or experiencing physical or mental ill health.
