Purposes 4 The organisation's purposes are: 4.1 The advancement of human rights, conflict resolution or reconciliation 4.2 The advancement of education 4.3 The advancement of citizenship or community development by: 4.4 Supporting and advocating for the rights of young people under 25 4.5 Reduce conflict through collaboration with statutory agencies so that they can work constructively with young people 4.6 Promoting principles of participation and engagement in decision making about young people within educational institutions, employment sector, health and social care and in any other areas where young people feel there would be benefit
