The Organisation has been formed for the public benefit of the Community of Cupar as defined by the Royal Burgh of Cupar and District Community Council Area plus postcode units KY15 4RE. KY15 4RF. KY15 5SY. KY15 5SX. KY15 5LW. KY15 5PD. KY15 5PB. KY15 5QF. KY15 5PE. KY15 5PA. KY15 5NZ. KY15 5NU. KY15 5NX. KY15 5XS. KY15 5RL. KY15 5QP. KY15 5RN. KY15 5RW. KY15 5DT. KY15 4HX. KY15 5DU. KY15 4NF. The Organisation’s main purpose is consistent with furthering the achievement of sustainable development. The Organisation’s Purposes are: The advancement of environmental protection or improvement The advancement of citizenship or community development The provision of recreational facilities, or the organisation of recreational activities, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the persons for whom the facilities or activities are primarily intended The advancement of the arts, heritage, culture or science Any other purpose that may reasonably be regarded as analogous to any of the preceding purposes
