The Charitable Purposes: (a) To advance the citizenship and community development in the areas of Coupar Angus and Distrisct (Blairgowrie, The Glens and Strathmore) by providing a flexible and accessible community led transport solution to response to unmet local transport needs, so that members can access local community groups, services and activities in neighbouring towns/villages. (b) To Co-ordinate, manage and provide Community Transport service to anyone experiencing transport barriers within the community (defined above) (c) To operate a volunteer scheme which runs the community transport system within the aforementioned area. (d) To provide transport assistance to other charitable and comminity organisations in the area.
