The charitable objects for which the Association has been established are: a) primarily to provide weekly a recorded newstape of the Strathearn Herald Newspaper, for the blind and partially sighted residents of the Strathearn area and those further afield with a local connection. b) to liaise with other charitable associations in improving the situation of those people resident in Strathearn who experience difficulty in reading. c) to do all other things which will further the objects of the Association.
