2.1 The Company's objects are: 2.1.1 to develop the theatre skills of children and young adults of all backgrounds. 2.1.2 to provide a socially inclusive environment within which the children and young adults are able to learn and grow. 2.1.3 to provide children and young adults with facilities, training, education, mentoring, development and encouragement. to offer a pathway into the arts as a career. 2.1.4 to bridge the gap between children's/youth theatre and drama school. 2.1.5 to develop interpersonal and personal skills for use within the community. and 2.1.6 to advance and promote the arts for children and within the young adult community.
