To establish , maintain and manage a service for young people throughout the Scottish Borders who , because of the difficulties they are experiencing, could benefit from such a service. ii. To meet the needs of these young people through a flexible range of responses, including but not limited to, group activities, befriending and mentoring, to encourage them away from negative behaviour.
