4 The organisation's purposes are: 4.1 to establish and develop a festival which brings high-quality vocal performances to St Andrews, and promotes artistic innovation within and across musical genres. 4.2 to develop and enrich audiences and potential audiences of all ages, both in St Andrews and nationwide, through a range of musical and educational events. and 4.3 to enhance the cohesion of the local community by building on the already strong local appetite for cultural events, and to connect St Andrews to cultural activities with a national and international reputation.
