The organisation’s purposes are: (a) To advance citizenship and community development in accordance with section 7 of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005 by reducing digital exclusion in rural and underserved communities in Scotland through the provision of digital infrastructure and community-based inclusion programmes. (b) To advance education by promoting digital literacy and access to information and online services, including the provision of training, digital skills support, and access to donated or refurbished digital devices for individuals and community organisations. (c) To relieve those in need by reason of social or economic disadvantage by providing free or affordable access to internet connectivity, digital infrastructure, devices, and related support services to individuals experiencing digital exclusion. (d) To advance health (in a facilitative capacity only) by enabling access to healthcare services through digital connectivity, including access to NHS digital platforms, remote consultations, and communication with healthcare providers. the organisation does not provide medical or clinical services.
