We encourage young people to make positive lifestyle choices through sport and education. Sport and exercise is accepted as a vital aspect of life, for many and varied reasons; enjoyment, health, relationships, self confidence, working with others, mental strength, ability to deal with stress, self discipline, employment. SCI promotes these in Kenya where we have NGO status.
