3.1 to advance the education of children and young people through participation in sport to provide opportunities for them to develop their full capacities. 3.2 to provide and assist in providing facilities for sport, recreation or other leisure time occupation of such persons who have need for such facilities by reason of their youth, age, infirmity or disablement, poverty or social and economic circumstances (in particular children and young people) or for the benefit of the public at large in the interests of social welfare and with the object of improving their conditions of life. 3.3 to promote the health of the public (especially young people) in particular through the provision of sports facilities and sports coaching. 3.4 to promote community participation in healthy recreation by providing facilities for the playing of sports capable of improving health. 3.5 such other exclusively charitable purposes as the Trustees shall in their absolute discretion decide.
