The organisation is established for charitable purposes only, and in particular, the objects are: 4.1 The provision of recreational facilities with the object of improving the conditions of life for the persons for whom the facilities are primarily intended and only in relation to recreational facilities which are: 4.1 a) Primarily intended for persons residing in the area of benefit who have need of them by reason of their age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage, or. 4.1 b) Made available to members of the public at large within the area of Benefit 4.2 To promote social, recreational and educational activities within the facility in the area of benefit for the benefit of the local community
