The organisation's purposes are: i.) The advancement of Education to the citizens of, and visitors to the community. ii.) The advancement of citizenship and community development. iii.) The advancement of arts, heritage and culture within the community. iv.) The provision of recreational facilities or organisation of recreational activities for the citizens of the community. v.) The advancement of environmental protection or improvement within the community. (Community refers to the geographical area of Staxigoe, Papigoe, Noss Head and Broadhaven)
