The organisation's charitable purposes is the advancement of education and the relief of those in need by reason of age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage by: - supporting positive models to enable older people to be active in the local community and society - providing pastoral care to improve their mental and spiritual well-being and their condition of life -involving faith communities in working together to offer social activities and events interacting with other agencies to provide information and other forms of support for older people. and - promoting and encouraging the training and education of people so that they may develop skills to assist older people.
