The organisation is established for charitable purposes only, and in particular, the objects are the advancement of public participation in sport (skateboarding) for Palestinians living on the West Bank, and the provision of free recreational facilities primarily in areas where sporting facilities are not readily available to young people, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the persons for whom the facilities or activities are primarily intended. The secondary area of work is London, where SkatePal has its office, serving underprivileged young people in North London
