The organisation is established for charitable purposes only, and, objects are: To advance public participation in sport, particularly the sport of skateboarding within Scotland, with the support and development of public access to the sport and organisation of national events and delivery of quality coaching qualifications. and To provide access to recreational facilities and organise recreational opportunities with the object of improving the conditions of life for the persons for whom the facilities and activities are intended, to ensure that quality skateboarding facilities are developed and provided within Scotland.
