The Trustees shall hold and apply the said sum of five pounds and such other funds and assets as may from time to time be received by them... for payment of the whole or such part of the free income or capital of the Trust Estate or for conveyance of such assets comprised in the Trust Estate as the Trustees may from time to time consider desirable for such charitable purposes or to such charitable institutions, societies, foundations or funds as the Trustees may in their discretion select in such manner and in such amounts and upon such terms and conditions as the Trustees may in their discretion determine.
