Building capacity of African women through training initiatives, to empower African women to take a pro-active role in society. a) To advance health & wellbeing of the diverse African women mentally and physically delivering wellbeing support for women and families providing cultural sensitive counselling support, physical activities and addressing issues, raising awareness workshops, education and preventative initiatives, providing counselling support and relief for those in need of care. b) To promote equality and diversity through empowering women and promoting shared experiences and activities celebrating diversity within a multicultural Scotland.
