Scottish Sadaqah Charitable TrustRegistered

The Trustees shall hold the Trust Fund for such charitable purposes (in the sense in which that expression is used in the Income and Corporation Taxes Acr 1988 or any re-enactment thereof) in the United Kingdom as the Trustees in their sole discretion shall determine and shall pay or apply the capital and income to any charitable bodies, organizations and associations in the United Kingdom which the Trustees shall select and that in such amounts or at such times and such instalments as the Trustees may in their absolute discretion think proper. Any sums paid or applied to or for the charitable purposes as aforesaid may be paid to the Treasurer or other responsible officer of the charitable body benefitted whose receipt shall be a valid discharge to the Trustees.
