Scottish Disabled Sports TrustRegistered

The Trustees shall apply any part or the whole of The Trust Funds for the following purposes: (1) For the benefit of the public to aid either 1n money (by the award of monetary grants or otherwise) or in kind such Organisations or individuals concerned with the promotion of Sports for disabled or handicapped persons as the Trustees shall in their sole discretion consider to qualify for and to require such aid. (11) To aid the said the Scottish sports association for 'the Disabled in carrying out its aims and objects. and (111)To aid anybody, Corporate, Association, Institution, Trust or person or persons concerned with charitable purposes which are similar to any of those of the Trust. (iv)Directly or indirectly to take such action or actions as will assist in achieving the purposes of the Trust as herein contained (v) Do all such other things as the Trustees may deem appropriate to achieve any or all of the purposes of the Trust as herein contained
