The object of the Company is (having regard to the basic principles of the Council of Europe Code of Ethics, i.e. that the ethical considerations leading to fair play are integral and not optional elements of all sports activity, sports policy and management and apply to all levels of ability and commitment including recreational as well as competitive sport) to advance the education of and promote the welfare of people with a physical, sensory or learning disability by promoting the provisions of facilities to enable disabled people to participate in sport and other physical recreation, in the interest of social welfare, so that their conditions of life may be improved in a manner which is now or hereafter may be deemed by law to be charitable.
