To give individuals in the communities in which we serve, the opportunity to grow, develop and realise their full potential which creates health, strong, resilient and empowered communities in which everyone is of equal importance 4.1 The relief of mental ill health by providing an early intervention service to people suffering from anxiety, stress and depression, in particular provision of counselling and support groups 4.2 To relieve the stigmatisation of mental illness by raising awareness of mental illness through distribution of educational material, holding workshops and employing the services of volunteer speakers 4.3 To relieve mental illness in people by providing opportunities and activities to help combat and manage mental illness, namely healthy eating workshops, Reiki, yoga, mindfulness, exercise and art and music therapy
