The Objects to be undertaken in Scotland for which the Company is established, for the public benefit, are: the advancement of environmental protection and improvement within those areas of Scotland in which farmed salmon production units are situated, and elsewhere, through advancing science as to protection and preservation of the aquatic environment, promotion of the conservation of aquatic living organisms and preservation of the aquatic ecology and biodiversity. the advancement of education in relation to the conservation of the aquatic environment in Scotland and elsewhere. the advancement of animal welfare of aquatic living organisms in Scotland. the promotion of such similar charitable purposes, objects or institutions and in such proportions and manner as the Directors shall think fit.
