The organisation’s purposes are: 4.1 The purpose of the charity is to promote the aims of Early Years Scotland, which is to advance the education and social development of pre-school children, so that they become successful learners, confident individuals, responsible citizens and effective contributors, so that they may take a constructive place in the community. 4.2 In furtherance of those aims, Rosetta Playgroup will: 4.2.1 Provide safe and satisfying group play and learning, in which parents take part when appropriate. 4.2.2 Advance the education of their parents, carers or other appropriate persons. 4.2.3 Encourage other charitable activities through which parents may support the development of the children.
