4 The Organisation has been formed to benefit the community defined as Roseisle and environs (the “Community”) through the provision of recreational facilities, or the organisation of recreational activities, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the persons for whom the facilities or activities are primarily intended, in furtherance of this the organisation will: 4.1 own, manage and maintain the facility known as Roseisle Hall and immediate grounds. 4.2 organise and/or deliver a range of community events for those residing in the community and visitors.
