and ( 3 ) my Trustees shall hold the remianing one-third share of said proceeds for all time coming in trust for the following charitable puposes and to pay the free annaul income arising thsrefrom in whatever proportions my Trustees may decide, namely:- (1) for the purpose of comforts for patients in the County Home, Kirkwall, St. Peters Home, Stromness, for donations to the Good Companions Club and any other institution or body in Orkney for the care or help of the sick, poor or homeless, (2) for the help of poor or needful persons residing in Kirkwell as my Trustees may select and that either by payment of money to such person or g i f t s of goods or the provision of entertainment: Declaring that Tnustees shall have power to carry forward any unexpended balance of incorre in any year and to utilise the same in any subsequent year or years:
