3. The organisation will operate as a non-profit distributing charity whose principal objectives are: (a) To provide recreational facilities and/or organise recreational activities, available to members of the public at large, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the persons for whom the facilities or activities are primarily intended. (b) the advancement of environmental protection or improvement. and (c) the relief of those in need by reason of age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage.
