To advance the education of young members of the people at large in agriculture, home crafts, country life & related subjects. In the interest of social welfare of such members to provide & promote the provision of facilities for recreation & other leisure time occupations, being facilities which will improve the conditions of life & will assist in the development of their spiritual capacities.
