Rinansay Charitable Trust

To preserve for the public benefit such furniture, pictures, sculpture, books, works of art, items of silver, all papers, documents, notebooks or other such materials and other chattels or corporeal moveables which are historically associated with Orkney and in particular with the Traill Family, North Ronaldsay and the Robertson Family by the Trustees as may be given or loaned to the - . Trustees or otherwise acquired by the Trustees (all referred to as 'the Collection'). (b) To provide and maintain suitable accommodation and facilities for housing the Collection and making it available both to researchers and to the general public. (c) To further the knowledge and awareness of the history of Orkney and in particular the history bf the Traill Family North Ronaldsay and the Robertson FamilY
