Making grants to individuals and organisations with emphasis on supporting excellence in the chosen field to enable results to be acheived that would not be without the charity's support. Preference is given to the advancement of medicine (applications relating to opthalmology particularly welcome) and to supporting music and the arts. Applications considered in March and September.
