The organisation is a non-profit distributing charity whose principal objectives are: The advancement of citizenship through creation and maintenance of a community garden of remembrance which is accessible to all. The provision of recreational facilities and activities, specifically, but not exclusively, of a community remembrance garden accessible to the whole community. The advancement of environmental improvements by creating green space within the community to serve as a quiet space and area for remembrance.
