4 The organisation's purposes are: 4.1 The promotion of equality & diversity, by engaging in activities including but not limited to Campaigning, awareness raising, advocacy and direct involvement to support access to fair employment for those with involvement in the justice system in Scotland. The development of forums and networks to support long term change in recruitment & retention practices. The formation of partnerships of employers, individuals and support bodies to facilitate the delivery of purposes and increase awareness of the barriers to employment for those in Scotland.
