The organisation’s purposes are: (a) The relief of those in need by reason of age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage, particularly veterans of the UK Armed Forces and their families. (b) The advancement of health through the provision of non-clinical, trauma-informed, peer-based support and wellbeing activities. (c) The advancement of education through training, workshops, and learning opportunities relating to mental health, resilience, suicide prevention, and wellbeing.
