The organisation's purposes are: 4.1 To promote the relief of hardship, poverty and sickness amongst people who are being or have been detained in any part of the world outside of the European Union. 4.2 To provide funds to individuals who are detained in prison outside the European Union to provide legal advice and advocacy in that country. 4.3 To provide funds to the families of prisoners so detained to alleviate hardship through loss of breadwinner. 4.4 To provide funds to organisations from time to time that are concerned with drug and alcohol awareness programmes and relief of families so afflicted. 4.5 To raise funds worldwide for use in line with the organisations purposes
