'To promote, maintain, improve and advance public education and to stimulate and educate public interest, in the arts for the benefit of the community and particularly for disabled people by establishing a Project whereby artistic activities of an educational nature for the public can be undertaken including without prejudice to this generality music, opera, ballet, drama, - the visual arts, films, video, sound, exhibitions of all kinds as are conducive to the promotion, maintenance, improvement and advancement of education or to the encouragement of the Arts, particularly as they involve disabled people, whether on premises owned or leased by the Project or elsewhere provided that all of the objects of the Project shall be exclusively charitable
